All bets are subject to acceptance by zona09, and we may decline bets that exceed our maximum limits, appear suspicious, or violate our terms. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, specific settlement rules apply as outlined in our sports betting rules. We reserve the right to void bets if we detect errors in odds, match information, or other material factors.
All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live games, physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you must register a new Account if you wish to use zona09 services in the future (subject to our one-account-per-person policy).
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an administrative fee. We will notify you via email before applying any such fees, and you will have the opportunity to reactivate your Account to avoid charges.
All Content on the zona09 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of zona09 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zona09 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform or Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of Funds deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.
